On the ground floor, there is a Pizzeria, which is not included in the rental price, but can be offered, at the specific request of the customers and granted based on the availability of the owner. The owner lives adjacent to the property and acts as a caretaker, offering continuous assistance to customers.

The entire property is fenced and is located within a small plot of land with a small garden and vegetable garden where seasonal vegetables are grown for family use.
